Kids Yoga Night is back!!

We’re beyond excited to welcome your little yogis for an evening designed just for them, a space to move, stretch, breathe, and let their imaginations shine.

These nights are full of playful movement, calming breathwork, creative storytelling, and mindful moments that help kids build confidence, release energy in healthy ways, and connect with their inner calm. It’s a beautiful way to nurture their hearts, bodies, and minds.

Not every pre-wedding moment has to be a whirlwind. Some are meant to be a breath.

We’ve hosted many private events at Radiant Heart, but this one was something special. The day before the wedding, the bride and her loved ones gathered not for a party, but for stillness. A sound bath, warm tea, soft light, and time to simply rest, ground, and breathe before the big day.

These are the kinds of moments we love creating, meaningful, intentional, and personal. Every detail is thoughtfully woven together to make the space feel serene and beautiful, so all you have to do is arrive and be fully present.

Radiant Heart 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training begins January 2026

This training was created to fit your life. Meeting two weekends each month, it offers the depth and rigor of a Yoga Alliance 200-hour program without overwhelming your schedule.

Over six months, you will explore yoga philosophy, functional and energetic anatomy, asana, sequencing, meditation, Ayurveda, and the art of teaching. More than a certification, this is a journey of self-discovery and growth supported by a like-hearted community that becomes family.

What a beautiful beginning…

Today’s Open House for our Soulful Yoga Retreat was nothing short of magical. It was so wonderful to gather together, share stories, sip tea, and feel the excitement building as we prepare for this incredible journey to Fuerteventura.

To begin this retreat experience in community, even before stepping onto the island, already feels like a blessing. We can’t wait to carry this energy forward as we move closer to November and the adventure that awaits.
