The students had the opportunity to explore various careers within the hospital, visiting key areas such as the lab, pathology, pharmacy, ICU, OR, ED, and EMS. Our team heard heartfelt stories from a donor recipient and donor’s family, reminding us of the incredible impact organ donation has on so many lives. Crozer Health was recently presented with the Community Partnership Award from the Chester Community Coalition which provides trauma-informed support services to families directly affected by gun violence.

The Community Partnership Award recognized the ongoing efforts made by our team who tirelessly serve Delaware County, providing critical care and support to those affected by gun-related violence. It was presented to our “Crozer Champions” and presented at the Coalition’s inaugural GEM Gala which honored organizations making a meaningful difference in their communities. The Crozer Health Medical Staff were one of the event’s sponsors.
