Pennsylvania MENTOR

Pennsylvania MENTOR offers adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and medically complex conditions the supports they need to reach their full potential in the communities they call home. We also provide services for children with emotional and behavioral challenges and their families. Pennsylvania MENTOR is a partner of The MENTOR Network, a national network of local human services providers. Our services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities include: • Lifesharing (Host Homes) • Community Living (Group Homes) • Day Programs • Relief Support (Respite) • Hourly Support Services Our services for children and their families include: • Therapeutic Foster Care • Medically Complex Foster Care • Community Residential Rehabilitation Host Home Program • Mother/Baby Host Home Program • Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services Program • Case Management and Resource Coordination Services See Notes section for posting guidelines.
