Wynter is a licensed massage therapist who uses a blend of unique styles to help their clients feel more aligned within themselves. They create a sense of balance and facilitate healing by combining therapeutic massage techniques, trauma-informed bodywork, experience, and intuition.

Wynter believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. We all face our own challenges, whether it's stress, recovering from an injury, lingering aches, or something else entirely. Since we all have different needs, each massage is customized for each person.

I really felt this one. Andrea Gibson's poetry never failed to touch me on a soul level. Their poems have a way of stirring up something within me. They talk to those banished, hidden parts of self and hold those parts with delicacy and grace. Their poems are simultaneously heartbreaking and deeply healing.

I'll leave a quote from one of their last poems, 'Love Letter From the Afterlife', below:
