Anyone else feeling the May-hem?

School events, spirit weeks, performances, teacher gifts, graduations… and somehow you’re also supposed to enjoy every second of it (and plan your own Mother’s Day 🙃).

I just dropped a new blog for moms who are feeling stretched thin, overstimulated, and quietly wondering, “How is everyone else doing all of this?”

Inside, we’re talking about:
✨ the pressure to “do it all” (and why that’s not reality)
✨ the guilt that shows up this time of year
✨ why putting yourself first is not selfish
✨ and what it actually looks like to take care of yourself in the middle of the chaos

If May has you running on empty, this is for you.

And if this resonates -tell me: what’s ONE thing you’re saying no to this upcoming month?

Excited for the first Kinder Ready Event today! If you have a kiddo heading to kindergarten next year, you will want to stop by. The hands on activities look SO fun and I wish I could have come to this when my kid was making the transition.

We are at Aspen Creek Elementary til 11:30am today.

You don’t need another coping skill.
You need a place to finally exhale.

If you’ve been holding it together all week…
snapping faster than you want to…
feeling like you’re one tiny thing away from losing it…

I made this for you.

This Friday isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about giving your nervous system a break.

We’re talking real tools, real release, and zero judgment.

There are 3 spots left.

If you’ve been thinking about it, this is your sign.

Heading home for Easter, or catching up with family over Spring Break, can feel cozy…until old patterns get triggered.

In my latest blog, I explore why family dynamics can stir up overwhelm and emotional chaos.

If you’re ready to move from reactive stress to intentional calm, my Chaos to Calm event on April 17th gives you tools to reset, recharge, and reclaim your peace.

Spots are limited so save your seat and experience the emotional reset in real time.

Big feelings this weekend?

With everything coming up around No Kings, it makes sense if there’s anger, grief, overwhelm…all of it. You don’t have to shove it down or pretend you’re fine.

That’s exactly why I created this Rage Room event 🔥
A space to feel it, move it, and release it safely, so it doesn’t just sit in your body.

If you read my latest blog, you know this is a long fight. We need sustainable ways to process what we’re carrying, not just push through.

This is one of those ways.

🧠 Think of it as an emotional reset
💥 Smash, scream, breathe, release
❤️ Then go back out into the world a little more grounded

Spots are limited - grab yours through the link in bio.

And if you haven’t yet, check out the new blog post for more on taking care of yourself in the middle of all of this.

You don’t have to hold it all alone.

Self-care isn’t selfish.
It’s maintenance.

You don’t look at your phone at 2% and say,
“Ugh, I should really earn a charge first.”

You don’t wait until your car is fully out of gas, stranded on the side of the road,
to finally think, “Okay, now I’m allowed to fill up.”

So why do we do that to ourselves?

Somewhere along the way, we learned that our needs are optional.
That rest is a reward.
That taking care of ourselves should come after everything, and everyone, else.

But here’s the truth:
You are not a machine that can run on empty indefinitely.

You need fuel.
You need rest.
You need space to recharge.

Not because you’ve earned it.
Because you’re human.

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish, it’s what allows you to keep showing up without burning out, snapping, or disappearing from your own life.

You don’t have to wait until you’re at 2%.
You don’t have to wait until you’re completely depleted.

You’re allowed to plug in before that.

✨ What’s one small way you can recharge today?

03/19/2026

There was a time I would’ve talked myself out of this.
Too busy. Too tired. Too much to do.

But I’m learning something:
Taking care of myself is part of taking care of everything else.

So this is me practicing what I preach.
I'm putting my oxygen mask on first.

And if you need the reminder too, this is it.

If you’re feeling irritable, emotionally drained, or on edge, nothing is “wrong” with you. This is your nervous system coming down.

As moms we tend to just push through, shove things down, and try and hold it all together.

But this comes at a price.

If you are ready to feel a sense of release and learn how to allow your body to calm, The Emotional Reset can help.

This unique, guided experience for moms takes place at e.motion, an intentional rage room and fitness studio.

Two sessions available in January.
🗓️ Friday, Jan 23 (4-5:30pm)

🗓️ Friday, Jan 30 (12-1:30pm)

🫂After hearing a friend say she went through postpartum depression and seeing that it wasn't just me, I was motivated to figure out what was going on and how to get help.

❤️‍🩹 My healing started with what I lovingly refer to as my 'rage research phase'.

👩‍🏫 Things I learned:
✏️ 1 in 5 people experience perinatal anxiety
✏️ Excessive worry and intrusive thoughts are not normal
✏️ Postpartum Support International offers a ton of FREE resources and help

✨This time of my life sparked a passion in me - to dedicate my work to helping other moms feel less alone.

If you’ve been in the Google search rabbit hole at 2 AM, looking for answers — I see you. 🌿

❓Ever have one of those moments where you hear or see something, and you are like "OMG that's me - that's what I'm going through!"?

That's what happened to me when a friend casually mentioned what postpartum was like for her, and that she was able to get help.

In that moment, I felt a shift. I could see that what I was going through made sense to another person, and I wasn't actually alone. It didn't immediately make everything better, but there was hope that I could get there.

✨If you are pregnant or a new mom and feeling at a loss, overwhelmed, and unsure if what you are going through is normal - please know that you are not alone and help is available.

✨If you know someone that is pregnant or is a new mom, take the time to truly ask and listen to how she is doing.

Anxiety & depression during pregnancy and postpartum is common. You deserve help and do not need to suffer alone.
