The patterns we inherit don’t have to define us.

Generational cycles of self-abandonment, overgiving, and guilt can feel impossible to break…
but they aren’t.

You can mother differently.
With presence.
With love.
With boundaries that honor you and your children.

✨ It starts with one small, brave step: saying YES to yourself.

Today I woke up- made breakfast for the family
Helped get kids ready for the day
Headed to a soccer game

THEN

I wet and got my hair done. Added some fun color and tinsel

Came home and TOOK A NAP

I didn’t feel guilty that I was going to miss bedtime tonight
I didn’t try to squeeze in as much time as possible

Why?!? Because I matter too!

I’m teaching my kids they don’t have pour themselves empty to be a good parent.

Quality over quantity!

After my nap I got ready and then headed out with the hubs for date night!

My kids know I love them.

I don’t need to neglect myself to demonstrate that.

MOM’S DESERVE TO HAVE SOME FUN TOO!!!

“Sorry for being tired.”
“Sorry for needing space.”
“Sorry for existing the way I do.”

Sound familiar?

That constant apologizing isn’t kindness—it’s self-abandonment.
It’s a habit you learned, but it doesn’t have to run your life anymore.

You can stop.
You can honor your needs without guilt.
You can say YES—to yourself.

Comment YES and I’ll DM you The Sacred Yes—
your guidebook for setting boundaries and reclaiming your voice.

You’ve been playing the part of the “good mom” for so long…
the one who never loses her cool, never says no, never takes a break.

But here’s the truth most of us never hear:

Being “good” isn’t love.
It’s survival.
And survival… doesn’t feed your soul.

It’s time to unlearn the rules that have been keeping you small.
It’s time to show up for yourself without guilt.

Comment YES and I’ll send you The Sacred Yes—
your free guidebook for setting clear, loving boundaries that honor you too.

Somewhere along the way….
You disappeared.

Not all at once.
But slow slowly-
In the constant giving, the anticipating, the holding it all together.

Now you’re showing up for everyone else…
But you don’t even feel like yourself anymore.

That’s not because you’re failing.

It’s because you were taught- early on-
That your needs didn’t matter.

So you learn to be whoever everyone else needed…
And left yourself behind.

But here’s the shift:

You don’t have to keep living this way.

You can care deeply for others
Without abandoning yourself in the process!

You can come back to you!
Fully! Honestly! Safely!

✨ and it starts with a powerful word: YES- to yourself.

Comment yes and I’ll send you the sacred yes-

You’re exhausted… not just physically—but emotionally.

Because no matter how much you give,
it never quite feels like enough.

Not as a mom.
Not as a partner.
Not even as yourself.

But here’s the truth most women were never taught:

You were conditioned to abandon yourself
in order to be loved.

To be the “good one.”
The easy one.
The selfless one.

And now?
You’re paying for it with your peace, your energy, and your identity.

But you can stop the cycle.

You can learn to show up for yourself
without guilt.
without fear.
without losing who you are.

✨ You don’t need to become someone new—
you need to come back to yourself.

Comment YES and I’ll send you The Sacred Yes—
my free guidebook to help you set boundaries with clarity and finally feel like you again.

Being needed is not the same as being loved.

But a lot of us learned to confuse the two.

We became:
• The reliable one
• The helpful one
• The one who always says yes

Because somewhere along the way, we learned:

“If I’m needed… I won’t be left.”

But here’s the problem—

When your worth is tied to how much you give,
you don’t get to rest.

You don’t get to have limits.
You don’t get to choose yourself without guilt.

That’s not love.
That’s survival.

Real love doesn’t require you to over-function to earn your place.

It allows you to be:
• Supported
• Honored
• Valued—even when you’re not overgiving

And learning that starts with boundaries.

I created a free Boundary Setting Guide to help you begin shifting out of self-sacrifice and into self-respect.

If you’ve been feeling a shift lately… you’re not imagining it.

The things you used to tolerate feel heavier.
The roles you used to play feel tighter.
The exhaustion you used to push through… isn’t so easy to ignore.

This is happening for a lot of women right now.

We’re waking up.

To the burnout.
To the overgiving.
To the ways we’ve been taught to abandon ourselves in the name of being “good.”

And as that awareness grows… so does something else:

Your voice.

The quiet knowing that says:
“This doesn’t feel right anymore.”
“I want something different.”
“I’m ready to choose myself.”

That’s not selfish.

That’s the beginning of self-trust.

If that’s where you are, start here.

Your yes is sacred.

But most of us were never taught to treat it that way.

We were taught to say yes to:
• Be liked
• Keep the peace
• Avoid disappointing others
• Prove we’re “good”

And slowly… that yes starts to feel heavy.

Resentful.
Draining.
Disconnected from who we actually are.

Because a true yes doesn’t come from guilt.

It comes from:
• Alignment
• Capacity
• Desire
• Safety in your body

Every time you say yes when you mean no…
you chip away at your self-trust.

And rebuilding that trust starts with one shift:

Your yes is not automatic.
It’s intentional.

I created a free guide called The Sacred Yes to help you start honoring your energy, your limits, and your truth- without guilt.

Your boundaries aren’t supposed to feel the same all month.

In your follicular phase, you might feel:
• more social
• more open
• more willing to say yes

And then luteal hits…

And suddenly you’re:
• more sensitive
• more aware of whats draining
• less tolerant of things you used to let slide

Most women think:
“ why am I being so reactive?”
“ why can’t I just stay consistent?”

But this is an inconsistency.

This is intelligence!

Your body is giving you different forms of clarity throughout your cycle.

Follicular, gives you the confidence to connect.
Lutialgives you the discernment to refine.

Both matter!

Boundaries aren’t just what you say-
They’re about when and how your body is resourced to hold them.

My free boundary setting guide “The Sacred Yes” is a powerful first step towards creating boundaries that feel embodied, not forced!
