Made it! Yesterday was day 7 of my 7 day Quick Start Cleanse. And guess what? Today, I just kept up the routine on plan. I feel too good to stop. (Typically Mondays are always clean for me, but contrary to what you may think, I wasn’t jonesing to go crazy with a cheat meal.) What I’ve learned: when the liver is happy, when your GI tract gets a much-deserved break from breaking down anything, when your bloodstream is clear of an overload of sugar, toxins and fillers, EVERYTHING is easier! Thinking, walking, breathing, sleeping, everything. I feel lighter, my puffy, bloated and sluggish self is FREE of all that, and my mind is so much clearer. Not only did I lose weight, but my mood is lifted and hot flashes are gone. I cleaned out three closets, worked out, walked, and never needed one nap this week. If you have any doubt you can’t go without your... “chocolate, wine, latte, chips, tacos, ...” I assure you you can - it’s one week to just break some habits, nourish yourself and take control of your body.
