Jennifer’s approach is integrative, with special interest in body oriented awareness, transpersonal influences and mindfulness practices. Her primary passion is supporting individuals to return to and arrive within their true selves, supporting embodying that essence. Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Brainspotting Therapist, Trained in EMDR, Facilitator of Embodied Movement/Dance Experiences, a Reiki Master and Certified Yoga and Nia Instructor. Jennifer uses a warm, present, direct and intuitive style, trusting the inner knowing within those she is working with in the process of moving through change, challenges or transformations.
