How does a yogi work?

Not always at a desk!!

Sometimes I’m on sitting on the floor.
Sometimes I’m standing at my standing desk.
Sometimes I’m moving between all of it.

Your body can tell when you’ve been sitting too long… even if your mind tries to push through.

We weren’t designed to stay in one position all day. And you can feel it… tight hips, stiff back, low energy, brain fog.

It’s less about finding the perfect position… and more about not getting stuck in one for hours on end.

I think we overcomplicate wellness at work. (And wellness in general.)

Wellness doesn’t have to be an hour-long routine.
Sometimes it’s just… sitting on the floor for a few minutes. Or standing up. Or stretching. Or just moving.

That alone can shift your energy more than another cup of coffee.
