This past weekend was pure yin magic ✨

Five of us, tucked into nature, moving slowly, listening deeply, and soaking up the incredible practice of yin yoga.

We intentionally work with small groups so there’s space to ask questions, feel into the practice, and truly embody what yin is about—time, presence, and awareness.

Yin yoga is a beautiful practice to weave into your teaching if you’re already a yoga teacher, and it’s also an incredibly nourishing training if you’re simply wanting to deepen your own practice and understanding of the body and stillness.

These immersive weekend trainings are designed to complement our online yin yoga teacher training—bringing the teachings off the screen and into lived experience, connection, and community.
