Take a pause from the noise and reconnect with your energy in a supportive space. Join us for a Reiki Share, an opportunity to both give and receive healing energy, whether you’re experienced or simply curious about this healing art.

• Guided grounding meditation
• Group Reiki exchange
• Gentle, restorative atmosphere

Our Story

Stephanie L Soder, LCMT, RMT, BS Integrative Health, grew up in Colorado and New Mexico, always drawn to the reassuring flow of the River. Stephanie has a passion for creating a deep relaxation that leads to profound, transformative inner healing. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Integrative Health, Certified Massage Therapist since 1995, Usui/Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, and Advanced Energy Awareness Certificate (Intuitive Reader.)

Along with allowing her hands and Reiki energy to go where the healing is needed, Stephanie may also use crystals, hot or cold river stones, singing bowls, or subtle aromatherapy to release emotional blocks that contribute to tension, anxiety, depression, trauma, pain, or discomfort.
