Meditation tips for Beginners:

✨Find a quiet place to sit comfortably.
✨Start with just 5 minutes a day and work your way up from there.
✨Focus on your breath.
✨It's ok if your mind wanders! It happens to everyone. Just keep returning your attention to your breath.
✨Stay consistent! Make sure you set aside this time for yourself daily.
