The goal of the Healing Studio is to help people who are ready for a shift align themselves to their highest potential – to intuitively explore new learning and growth opportunities, move their bodies and receive nurturing care of the physical body and subtle energy systems. We have energy healing, Reiki, chakra balancing, flower essence, meditation, life coaching, sound baths, Aura healing, Crystal Healing, and more. Additionally, the goal of the center is to provide an alternative perspective on self-care and move the community forward through the power of energy healing. Stephanie is a Usui Reiki Master, Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki Master, Intuitive Energy Healer, Certified Massage Therapist, and amateur nature therapist.

She has loved being a member of The Healing Studio tribe since 2016, and enjoys learning, teaching, and growing. When she is not teaching or in session, you can find her hiking or meditating next to a creek, reading under a tree, tending her plants and garden, or playing with her dog and cats. Stephanie is currently in a year-long apprenticeship with Leanne Holitza of Insightful Inspirations to teach Energy Awareness.

Micheal Brand is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with over 20 years of experience helping people "Do Better. Feel Better, and Be Better".

Michael's approach is person-centered, trauma-sensitive, and evidenced-based to help you engage and activate your better self. Certified and trained in many different coaching modalities, Michael specializes in coaching humans to be their best self.

Michael is now bringing his brand of Somatic Coaching to the Healing Studio. Services include Somatic Coaching, Somatic Movement Training, Somatic Body Work, & Facilitated Stretching and Stretch Coaching. These services will help you improve your mind-body connections to achieve dual-body fitness in ways that keep your somatic systems regulated and in-sync with daily living.
