AL Training & Recovery is now OPEN!
We are excited to add additional services to better help our clients reach their health and fitness goals!

We’ve been hard at work, planning and building what we feel like was missing in the gym community. From the first day we opened Active Lab’s doors we set the gold standard for what private personal training facilities should be like. The objective in any of our training programs is to teach clients how to utilize proper technique and biomechanics to execute an exercise routine that they can do for the long term. The disconnect we found was membership gyms outside of our private facility fell short in what we believe is necessary for our members to succeed. Our solution is AL Training and Recovery (ALTR). ALTR is our membership side of our facility designed by our trainers for our clients following programs we developed. To complement their training and enhance their progress we also wanted to include ways for our members to recover and feel better faster. The membership includes 24/7 gym access including use of our recovery area which has infrared saunas and Normatec Compression Boots.
