Charlene Jourdan, LMT I wish to meet people looking for myofascial release, trigger point therapy, etc., to improve their quality of life.

Charlene Jourdan, LMT, is a massage therapist licensed in the states of Colorado and New York. She is experienced with therapeutic or medical massage having worked with physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists and other massage therapists. Her goal is to help the client live with a better quality of life than what pain, injury, certain pathologies and post-surgical circumstances allow. She has been trained in a type of Swedish Massage and Amma Therapy, but has mostly been known to use myofascial release, trigger point therapy and other types of modalities to release the body from the restrictions which hold people back from feeling better.
