tips to make your visit seamless:
1. Verify your coverage: Log in to your insurance portal to see if your co-pay
or deductible has changed for 2026.
2. Check your network: Ensure your favorite Carbon Health clinic is still
in-network (most are!).
3. Update your info: If you have a new insurance card, you can easily
upload a photo of it directly in the Carbon Health app before you arrive.

New FREE Naloxone distribution boxes are now available at the Broomfield Library, Health and Human Services and Municipal Courts. Anyone can pick up naloxone for free—no questions asked—from one of these locations.
