Michelle is one of our Medical Assistants and a familiar, welcoming presence for many of our patients. She has been part of the Summit team for 3½ years and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their care—from preparation and therapeutic treatments to daily clinic flow.

Known for her kindness and calm approach, Michelle brings genuine care into everything she does. Outside the clinic, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Rocky.
Her patience and compassion carry over into every patient interaction, helping create the supportive experience Summit is known for.

✨Meet Alicia Von Rivenburgh, FNP-C✨

Alicia brings a strong background in critical care and integrative medicine to Summit Medical Care Center. She began her nursing career in neuro critical care at the University of Colorado Hospital before earning her Nurse Practitioner degree from Regis University.
Through her work in urgent care, Alicia discovered a passion for proactive, patient-centered care — especially in women’s health and hormone optimization. She now helps patients restore balance and feel their best through services like BioTE® hormone therapy, trigger point injections, and more.

Dear Friends, Patients and Colleagues,
After much thought and careful consideration, we are writing to share that we will be retiring from our chiropractic and medically integrated practice as of December 11, 2025. It has been a true
privilege to serve and work alongside each and every one of you over the last 29 years. We are deeply grateful for the trust you've placed in us and the opportunity to help improve your health and well-being.
When we first started our journey from Dallas to Denver in 1996 immediately after graduation from Parker College of Chiropractic, we never could have imagined the incredible experiences and
relationships that would shape our careers. From helping patients regain health and help rid their pain to learning from our colleagues, having you as part of our wellness family has been fulfilling to
say the least.
While we are excited for the next phase of our lives, we will always look back on our time in practice with great fondness. We will be forever grateful for the friendships, the personal stories, the wonderful staff members, and the success
stories that made this journey so meaningful.
We both realize that change is hard, but we are beyond excited to introduce Dr. Jared Bemis as your new doctor at Summit Medical Care Center
