Dear Clients and Friends,
It is with great sadness that I announce that Rm3 Labs is halting all testing operations, effective today. The damage caused by the unjustified suspension of our potency certification in June cannot be quickly erased, and we are no longer in a position to provide the full-spectrum, top quality services that our clients need and deserve. Halting our testing operations will give us time to consider the options available to us as a company.
Our portal will remain accessible and we will archive testing data for an extended period in accordance with MED regulations.
Kelly and I would like to thank our clients and colleagues who over the years have helped build Rm3 Labs into an amazing, vibrant organization.
We launched the company in 2009 with the same mission statement we have today:
Ensuring the Safety, Purity and Accuracy of Colorado’s Cannabis.
Since then, Rm3 Labs has been deeply involved in the formation of Colorado’s cannabis industry, from lobbying for research funding to advocating for standardization through chairing industry standards groups. We are saddened that Rm3 Labs may be unable to continue its role as a positive force in the cannabis industry. But most of all, Kelly and I are saddened that we are no longer be able to support the careers of more than 40 wonderful people, all dedicated to making cannabis safe for patient and consumer.
