Look at this tensegrity structure! ❤️ Rolfing alows me to explore and teach structural balance. Each day I exploring the dichotomy of elasticity and and tension in my own system. Incorporating play into my daily routine is my favorite way to explore and challenge my edge. Teaching and empowering other’s to explore the capabilities of their own body is why I continue to love this work.

Wonderful time with my research colleague Prof. Wernern Klingler in Montreal. This is one of the things you can’t exchange on Zoom meetings: to go on a walk together and use nearby playgrounds to enhance the elasticity in our fascial bodies. Not surprising: afterwards we came up with some new research ideas, that we will collaborate on in the next few months.

Salmon, roasted veggie salad, and homemade dressing
Dressing is tahini, lemon, fresh dill, salt, pepper, and a little water to make the dressing the consistency you like 🙂
