Healing doesn’t have to be one-dimensional.
At WellMinded, we believe healing is integrative: honoring mind, body, and nervous system together. Whether through talk therapy, EMDR, somatic awareness, or grounding practices like sound, we meet healing from multiple angles, with intention and care.

Anger you cannot control is often bound to grief you have not been able to feel.
When emotions are pushed down or ignored, they don’t disappear, they find other ways to surface. Healing begins when we create space to safely feel what’s underneath.

Meet Dayna, LPC 🤍
Dayna is a clinician at WellMinded and also serves as our Networking Coordinator, where she loves building meaningful connections with other clinicians, businesses, and community partners. She is deeply passionate about collaboration and believes healing is strengthened through connection: both inside and outside the therapy room.
In her clinical work, Dayna integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and takes a more structured approach to therapy, offering practical tools and thoughtful homework to support healing beyond session. She especially enjoys working with veterans and feels honored to walk alongside those who have served as they navigate growth, regulation, and recovery.
Dayna brings intention, organization, and heart into everything she does, helping clients feel supported while empowering them with skills they can carry into everyday life.

Meet Stephanie, LPC 🤍
Stephanie is the owner and founder of WellMinded, and she wears many hats: clinician, leader, mother, and podcast host. She brings intention and heart into every role she holds, creating a space where both clients and clinicians can feel supported, seen, and valued.
As a therapist, Stephanie integrates EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices to help clients navigate life’s complexities with greater awareness and resilience. Her work is grounded, compassionate, and deeply attuned to helping clients build skills while also tending to deeper emotional healing.
Outside of the therapy room, Stephanie hosts the podcast Redefining Us, where she connects with other professionals to explore a wide range of topics surrounding mental health, relationships, motherhood, and personal growth. Through her work at WellMinded and beyond, Stephanie is passionate about redefining what healing can look like, both individually and collectively.

Meet Emily, LPCC
Emily is a therapist here at WellMinded who brings a steady, compassionate, and grounded presence into the therapy space. She works with clients who are seeking practical tools alongside deeper emotional processing, helping them build resilience, clarity, and balance in their lives.
Emily integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in developing insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. Her approach is especially supportive for those navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, or patterns that feel hard to break.
Outside of the therapy room, Emily loves spending time outdoors with her partner and dogs. Whether she’s snowmobiling, hiking, or grounding in nature, being outside is an important way she re-centers and stays connected, something she encourages clients to explore in their own way as well.

Anger isn’t something to get rid of, it’s something to listen to.
When we bring awareness, curiosity, and compassion to anger, it can guide us toward deeper understanding and healing rather than staying stuck beneath the surface.

Anger is rarely the whole story.
What we see on the surface is often protecting what lives underneath: hurt, fear, grief, or unmet needs. The “anger iceberg” reminds us that slowing down and getting curious can reveal what’s really asking for care.
