DAY 14:

“I AM THE SALT AND THE LIGHT.”

As His Children, we are called to be different from the status quo. For so long I thought I was when I was younger until someone asked me about my faith and challenged me since I “looked like everyone else.” This was eye-opening to me since that’s not what God has called us to be. Today, God has given me and you courage and strength to be both the salt and the light in a world of sugar and darkness. We are here to shine light and help people see how to add “salt” to their palate. It’s different and feels uncomfortable at times but the more we lean into the notion we are NOT of this world, the more God’s strength will bring us peace to continue being the Salt and the Light. 💡

DAY 13:

“I AM SET FREE!”

God’s grace. What a set of beautiful words! I am set free because of this grace and so are you if you believe in the Son and His resurrection. I thought this picture was a perfect example of what it looks like to see Jesus on the other side of our battles and how if we ask Him, He will pull us out of it to the surface with Him. We are set free, again and again and again!

DAY 12:

“I AM ADOPTED!”

There is no greater statement other than “you are forgiven” that we as children of God should celebrate. We are CO-HEIRS with CHRIST! I still can’t fathom what that means other than, we have immense authority, power, love and so much more that we have yet to tap into. Of all the families we could be adopted into, this is by far the greatest 👏🏻

DAY 11:

“I AM A FRIEND OF GOD!”

This statement carries so much power and weight to it! As you see in the scripture, the LORD confides in us as friends. The LORD confides in US?? WOW 😮 in Hebrew this word translates to “having a deep, intimate relationship with whom to share confidential counsel with.” God calls us friend because HE wants US to be in closeness and true relationship with Him. He wants to share wisdom with us that could only be shared within a deep friendship. This is beautiful. This is sacred. This is what God calls us 🥹❤️

DAY 10:

I AM NOT LACKING!!

Psalm 23 is one of my man favorites. The first verse of this passage starts out intentionally. "The Lord is my shepherd, I have all that I need." Or in some translations, "I shall not want." The first message Jesus wanted us to know was that His presence was more than enough. If you have Jesus, you have all you need. Not only is that powerful, the passage continues to show the what blessings He lavishes on His children that come with His presence and why you truly 'have all you need.' Being children of God, there is absolutely nothing we lack. The world may say you 'need' this or this is a 'must have' but that mindset operates in lack. It's a scarcity mindset. Don't let the world tell you what you 'need.' Jesus is all that you truly need. From that mindset, the mindset of contentment, you can start to see your life as blessed and out of that blessing, you can bless others.

DAY 9:

“I AM REDEEMED.”

God has purchased us with the blood of His Son. We are forever free. He is so kind, so gracious, so patient with His children to want such a gift for us. The next time the devil wants to whisper that there’s no way out for you, reminder yourself of what Jesus did on the cross FOR YOU. That took it ALL away, past, present, and future. The devil is a liar and has nothing better to do so don’t give him that power. 🙏🏼

DAY 8:

I AM MADE NEW!

If you have made Jesus your Lord AND Savior, the Holy Spirit has made you new. When we are made new, the old ways of our life of sin don’t excite us as much anymore. We have more of an eternal perspective now. We are NOT who we once were and it’s important that we believe that and live as though we actually are free, because we are 🙏🏼

Repeat this:

“I AM VICTORIOUS.

In ALL that I do as a child of the most high, I am and will be VICTORIOUS. It’s because of Jesus Christ I can say this and by the power of the Holy Spirit in me. By the blood of the lamb that has set us free and made us conquerors over all darkness!

Amen, amen, and amen” 🙏🏼

DAY 6:

I AM RENEWED. ✨

This renewing is mind, body, spirit. It’s not a one time deal, it’s continual like scripture says. We are continually needing to surrender our ways, our thoughts, our understanding and instead, allowing the spirit to transform us from the inside out to be more like Jesus. May God soften our hearts more each day to allow His work to be done in us, through us, and around us. 🙏🏼

DAY 4:

I AM BLESSED INDEED! Today, take some time to look at and write down all that God has done in your life. How has He blessed you beyond what you have imagined? Blessings are big and small. What blessings has God given you that you take for granted? Thank you Abba for something as simple as breath. It’s something I don’t have to think about because He has blessed me with it each morning! It’s necessary and needed to live. Thank you God for this blessing ☝🏼

DAY 3:

Oh what a relief and joy it is to know we are ENOUGH in Christ! HE IS THE SOURCE. We are not! Christ has done it all and we can be confident in and know when we partner with Him, He will shine through us in ways we couldn’t otherwise do alone 💛 Jesus doesn’t require you to have it all or know it all because He IS ALL. Come to Him as you are, He will do great things with, through, and around you!
