when they talk about "eating the rainbow," they aren't usually talking about having a bowl of fruit loops for breakfast! getting a wide variety of colorful foods is usually an indication you are getting vitamins and minerals that are important to your health. This is a great example of what all of those orange foods are bringing to the table - and your plate!
