What does SUMANA mean???
Sen lines in traditional Thai massage are thought to be channels through which the body's life force flows. By working along the sen lines, Thai massage practitioners can influence vital chi, enhancing well being and improving overall health.
One example is SEN SUMANA, which runs from the navel to the crown of the head, passing through all 7 chakras. It is thought that blockages in the Sen Sumana can lead to emotional and physical imbalances, such as anxiety, depression or respiratory problems.
