Looking to get back into a routine and start taking better care of yourself this summer? Weβve got you covered!
Weβre excited to offer two new 30-minute exercise classes led by Macie, a pre-physical therapy student, focused on helping you move better, feel stronger, and build healthy habits.
π§ Posture & Stretching β Improve mobility, flexibility, and alignment
πͺ Strength & Balance β Build stability, strength, and overall control

Classes will be offered Mondays & Wednesdays throughout June and July
β¨ Limited spots available (small class sizes for a better experience!)
β¨ Sign up for just one class or join us for all available weeks
β¨ Only $5 per class
These sessions are designed to be approachable, effective, and a great way to stay consistent. Weβre also using these classes to gauge interest for future class optionsβso your feedback matters!
