The Rhoer Club is a youth affiliate group established in 1939 under Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated. The Iota Psi Sigma Alumnae Chapter Rhoer Club consists of a diverse group of young ladies between the ages of 12-18. The Club is designed to inspire young ladies to develop positive and healthy attitudes. The Rhoer Club also serves as an effective means to encourage young ladies to realize h

igh educational and career aspirations as well as to prime them to meet the challenges of womanhood. The Rhoer club provides opportunities to learn leadership development, philanthropy, team-building, health and wellness education, fundraising, and college and vocational preparation skills. The club is also a positive environment in which to cultivate new friendships. Sorority mentors motivate and challenge Rhoer Club members to advance themselves in terms of their personal talents and future professions.
