Meet
Dr. Min Jung Sur, DMD, DDS, MS

Dr. Min Jung Sur is a compassionate general dentist with extensive training and experience across Korea and the United States. She holds dual dental degrees: a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Jeonbuk National University in Korea and a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in the U.S. She also earned a Master of Science in Biomedical Science.

Dr. Sur’s clinical background spans both private practice and hospital-based dentistry. She began her career in Korea, working at Seoul Sarang Dental Clinic, Kangnam Korea Hospital, and Yonsei Smile Dental Clinic. She currently practices general dentistry at Brownfield Dental and Lamesa Dental in Texas, where she focuses on preventive and esthetic care with a patient-centered approach.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Sur has been actively involved in community service. She volunteered as an educator in elementary schools and served as hospital staff at Sorokdo National Hospital, providing care to underserved populations. These experiences deeply shaped her empathetic and holistic approach to patient care.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Sur enjoys reading, playing the piano, and studying languages. She believes that curiosity and continued learning are essential to being both a better person and a better clinician.
