I am a licensed massage therapist and nationally certified Pilates teacher dedicated to helping people move with greater balance, strength, and ease. With a background in massage, sports, dance, yoga, and Pilates, I focus on relieving pain by addressing muscular imbalances, movement patterns, and body awareness. Pilates Studio, and I now teach and practice in my restored 1865 barn in Brownfield, Maine—a space clients describe as warm and healing.
