FOOD 4 THOUGHT

Y does it hurt sum ppl so much to be kind especially when kindness is shown to them? The answer to that is simple....
Kindness comes from the hart. Therefore if it isnt fully in tact, its not able to receive or give. That can be for many reasons including financial situations, personal problems, tainted relationships w another or even family. The person will not be able to understand or even handle such kindness shown twd them.

But u cant stop another one's kind gestures bcuz its in their hart.
Please do not take their kindness for weakness. The 1 thing to remember is that we are all derserving of kindness & love even if wen our behavior is less than & exude negative energy.

POSITIVITY IS A CHOICE! ☀️
