People with migraines don't correlate tmj with their headaches. Tooth grinding and/or clenching will contribute and might be the primary source of a one sided migraine.

Having one area not moving properly can disrupt the whole body from functioning it's best. Getting adjusted is like an oil change for your car. Better maintenance makes it last longer with less problems.
