We are NOW enrolling adults with Type 2 Diabetes and excess weight who have been unable to control their blood sugar even with stable doses of semaglutide (Ozempic) or tirzepatide (Mounjaro or Zepbound) and not on Insulin.

Those who qualify will receive:
