We are excited to announce Aiyanna Davis as our October Core Value Employee of the month.

Aiyanna has been with us from day one when the doors opened. She is a wealth of knowledge and a great historian for the building. Aiyanna completed the apprenticeship program very early in her career here and has now returned to school to pursue her nursing degree. We are proud of her progress and grateful to have her as a part of the team. We cannot wait to welcome her into a nursing position when she has finished school! Aiyanna is our lead preceptor, teaching our new CNAs the West way and leading with core values and patient care at the forefront. She is also our in-house IT support assisting her peers in navigating all of the challenges with LBS.
