Established in 1996, we provide an array of services for children and adults with disabilities in the State of Indiana. Those services include Applied Behavior Analysis, Adult Day Services, Behavior Management, Counseling, Music therapy, Recreation Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Residential services, Community Habilitation, and Respite Services.

🎉Celebrating Craig on 17 years with Meaningful Day Services!

Craig wears many hats within our organization, and his knowledge and consistency have made him an integral part of MDS for nearly two decades. While serving as our IT Director, Craig also plays a major role in supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the organization, particularly in the areas of waiver and private pay billing.

As systems and waiver requirements have become increasingly complex, Craig has been an incredible resource for directors and teams as we navigate constant change and often uncharted territory. His deep historical knowledge of the organization, combined with his practical problem-solving skills, makes him an important voice at the table. This year, we were excited to welcome Craig to the executive leadership team.

In addition to supporting the organization’s broader technology needs, Craig does a great job helping individual employees troubleshoot and feel supported in their day-to-day work. He is also an excellent trainer and played a key role in our “Smarter Not Harder” initiative by creating a company training library for the software systems we use across the organization.

☀️What stands out most is that Craig genuinely cares about the mission, the organization, and the employees he supports. We are incredibly grateful for his continued dedication and contributions over the past 17 years. Thank you for everything, Craig 💙

🎉Celebrating occupational therapist, Jordan, on 11 years with Meaningful Day Services!

Jordan is the definition of a true professional. Her clinical skills are exceptional, but what stands out most is how deeply client-centered she is in everything she does. She is always looking for creative, individualized interventions that meet people where they are while helping them grow toward greater independence and functional success.

Jordan is also an incredible advocate for the people we serve. She sees potential in everyone and works tirelessly to help clients, families, and caregivers feel empowered and supported. Her passion and expertise in feeding therapy has positively impacted so many lives, and her ability to educate and train others is such a gift to our organization and community.
