Feeling That Post-Holiday Fog? 😴

It is interesting as to how my body receives cookies. It can tolerate maybe 2 cookies a day. But with Christmas cookies and eating more than 2? I do notice the difference and the lack of energy and sometimes even interest.
Sugar can do crazy things to our bodies.
We were lucky not to travel this holiday. Actually Bob and I prefer to be home. Home sweet Home. And as we no longer have little ones to concern ourselves with, stress is less. Except if you eliminate all the concerts. But I like holiday Concerts!

What was the most stressful thing about Christmas this year?
And money does not count.

I want to get into the habit of journaling more this year. When life is crazy it sure helps to see on paper what I am grateful for. It lessens the stress.
