Brownsburg Health Care Center offers specialty programs in rehabilitation, memory care, wound care and tracheotomy care. Our Rapid Recovery Program offers a distinct rehabilitation neighborhood with private rooms and state of art rehabilitation services. Our secure memory care neighborhood, Tranquility, offers a safe environment for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory loss.
