Meet the Staff Monday!

This is Mel, our amazing housekeeping supervisor. She has been with Brownsburg Meadows for 7.5 years. She choose to work with us due to her sister also being employed with us and recruited her. The most important part of her job is the personal connections with the residents and her staff, they are family to her. Her best advice for working in healthcare is love them like your family, remember it is your job but their house, treat it with respect.

Meet the Staff Monday!

This is Leah, our Social Services Director! She has been here at Brownsburg Meadows for 1 year and 3 months. She works in long-term care because she loves giving her time and efforts to such a deserving population. They've worked their whole lives, now it's time to take care of them.

The most important part of her day is getting time to interact with my residents. Whether it's pouring their coffee or helping them with new glasses, she loves to serve.

Her best advice in working in long-term care is always make time for those who need it most.
