If you need a good workout come join us, we won't let you down! Every morning without fail we do our exercises and it's not for the faint of heart! It's not too much to where we are wore out for the rest of the day, but it does stretch our bodies and work our core muscles really well. Those who aren't used it are often surprised at how good of a workout it is! We have to keep moving and this is a great way to do it! We love it!

😎 The weather has been so nice lately — we just had to take advantage! We finally got the chance to take our co****le game outside, and to top it off, we enjoyed some popsicles while we played. What a great way to spend an afternoon! ☀️

You'd never know how something as simple as swatting at a balloon can get your heart rate up and make you laugh so much, but here we are!

"Chair Volleyball" as we call it, was so much fun! We stretched in ways that we almost forgot about, but it was a good time working as a team, getting some exercise, all while trying to not let it hit the ground! Even at our age the floor is still lava!

We've been feeling crafty around here! Our volunteer Linda, does a great job keeping our creative juices flowing. We get to experiment making our crafts our own, while ready to lend a friendly hand whenever we feel stuck. She is wonderful at coming up with the ideas and then letting us take our artistic talents wherever they lead! Sometimes we even surprise ourselves!

We love a good party and our Dog Days of Summer Social did not disappoint! We enjoyed many of our favorite summer treats, such as root beer floats, lemonade, and you can't have a "Dog Days of Summer" party without dogs, so we had mini corn dogs. The music was great and so was the company! A great time was had by all!
