The holiday season is a great time of year for celebrating, spending time with loved ones, and getting some down time. 🍪🌲🎁

👉 It also comes with over indulging on foods you typically don't eat any other time of year. Sugar, alcohol, and extra helpings are easy to come by.

Unfortunately, this can lead to a runaway train that runs well into the new year and can derail in missed goals and lost motivation. 🚂
