Carmel, IN - August 28, 2025 - On Main Street in the heart of Carmel, a ribbon was cut, and a new idea took shape: that pediatric therapy can be reimagined, and more than just appointments in clinical rooms, it can be a community experience where children thrive and families feel at home.
Mayor Sue Finkam, joined by Carmel’s fire department first responders, and local business leaders, helped mark the opening of K1ds Count Therapy’s new center at 140 E. Main Street. Their presence underscored what this launch represents: not just another business arrival, but an investment in the future of families in Carmel and across Hamilton County.
For too long, pediatric therapy has been fragmented. Families have been left to navigate it all, often feeling like case managers instead of parents. K1ds Count Therapy is rewriting that story.
Inside Carmel’s new center, families will find Today’s Modern ABA, Autism, Speech, Occupational, Physical, and Mental Health therapies under one roof. More importantly, they’ll find an environment designed to feel less like a clinic and more like a second home, with sensory rooms, therapy classrooms, recreational areas, and green space for social learning and play. Progress here isn’t sterile; it feels natural, woven into the rhythms of everyday life.
