Keeping with the season we decided to try our hand at making homemade pumpkin rolls. We had fun and we were surprised at how talented we were. Our first try and they actually rolled. Beautiful! However, the best part was how tasty it was. We made four small rolls and only a half roll was left over. It went fast! This can be a recipe revisited another time for sure. They look forward to their baking Thursdays!

Thank you again HeritagePro Health for the education and engagement of Core Health last week! It was a great gathering full of information, stressing the importance of keeping the strength of our cores. There are 2 more sessions scheduled to target other areas and information concerning the importance of those. Stay tuned for the announcement of next months session in this Discovery Series!

We want to thank Health Pro Heritage for all their help! We had a beautiful day! The bus ride out was gorgeous then all of us enjoyed some cider and donuts, enjoyed the warmth and sunshine of the day, and fed the koi in the pond! If the weather holds out perhaps, we can do this again this year.
