In observance of Memorial Day, Advanced Urgent Care will be CLOSED today, Monday, May 26th. We will reopen Tuesday, May 27th with regular hours.

Are you friendly, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment? We're looking for a Receptionist to join our team! If you have great customer service skills and experience in insurance verification (a plus!), we want to hear from you!

✨ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Greet and check in patients with professionalism
✅ Answer phone calls & assist with patient inquiries 📞
✅ Schedule appointments & manage front desk workflow 🗓️
✅ Verify insurance & process documentation 📑
✅ Maintain accurate patient records & assist with administrative tasks
✅ Handle payments & transactions 💳
✅ Keep the reception area clean & organized

💡 Qualifications:
✔️ Previous experience in a medical setting preferred
✔️ Insurance verification experience is a plus
✔️ Strong multitasking & organizational skills
✔️ Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required
✔️ Computer proficiency & excellent customer service skills

💰 Compensation: Starting at $11 per hour (based on experience)
