EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, proven approach that helps people heal from trauma, anxiety, and painful memories by unlocking the brain’s natural ability to process and recover.
I’ve seen Meghan work so hard to complete this training, and I’m thrilled they now have the tools to help even more people. 💖

We spent Sunday afternoon at , and I have to say—it was the kind of peaceful I didn’t know I needed. ✨

From the moment I walked in, I felt calm. Souther made it feel easy. They were warm, patient, grounding—just really good energy all around. The kind of presence that makes you breathe a little deeper and actually enjoy the process.

We got to bond as a team, which doesn’t happen often. Most days, we’re in our own spaces, holding so much for our clients. Getting to slow down and connect like this? It meant a lot. 💛

Personally, it was calming, grounding, and low-key healing. It even softened that little part of me that rolls its eyes anytime someone says “just be creative.” (IYKYK.)

Healing through art is real. If you’re in the Rio Grande Valley, check them out. They’re in Harlingen, and it’s so worth it. I can’t recommend them enough. 🎨
