Es con profundo pesar que debemos anunciar el cierre de Valleywide Pharmacy & DME. Haber servido a esta maravillosa comunidad ha sido un privilegio y una fuente de alegría para nosotros a lo largo de los años. Sin embargo, debido a diversas circunstancias, hemos tomado la difícil decisión de cerrar nuestras puertas.

Queremos expresar nuestra más sincera gratitud a cada uno de ustedes por su apoyo incondicional y su confianza en nosotros. Su lealtad ha sido el motor que impulsó nuestra dedicación para brindar los mejores servicios de atención médica posibles.

Entendemos que la continuidad de la atención es de suma importancia y queremos asegurarles que sus registros médicos estarán en buenas manos. It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the closure of Valleywide Pharmacy & DME. Serving this wonderful community has been a privilege and a source of joy for us over the years. However, due to various reasons, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support and trust in us. Your loyalty has been the driving force behind our dedication to providing the best healthcare services possible.

We understand that continuity of care is of utmost importance, and we want to assure you that your patient records are in safe hands. We have arranged for the seamless transfer of all patient records to another reputable local pharmacy, Lopez Pharmacy. They share our commitment to your well-being and will be more than happy to continue providing you with exceptional service.
