Ebony Lake Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

After completing our Journey to Wellness Program, he wrapped up his stay with one more game of Chalupa with friends—ending on a high note! We were also so glad his wife could join us to bring him home. We're proud of his hard work and wish him continued wellness ahead! ✨

Our Community Easter EGGstravaganza was a huge hit! 🐰🐣🌷

Together, we enjoyed a fun-filled day with grilled hotdogs, music and games, and even a special Easter egg hunt with the Easter Bunny! We love creating moments like these for residents and our community and can't wait for the next celebration.
