How can Partner Prenatal Yoga be beneficial to us?
Labor and birth is truly a transformation time for each person involved. A time of strength, courage, resilience, and love. During pregnancy you may change already as you grow and nurture your child who thrives in your womb. As your partner watches and wonders, “how can I help? What are they feeling? How can I best support them during labor?” Prenatal partner yoga is the perfect time to dive deep into the connection of love, movement, and togetherness. Where you forget the outside world and come together as a family and move with intention.
You will learn movements that are key for birth and comfort measures to ease the waves of birth. And through it all you’ll find yourself empowered, and leaving together fully connected.
