Here’s a glimpse of how Pura Nutrition started. We opened in 2020, right in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Within these four walls lived both grit and grief. I prayed for growth, for success, and for the strength to keep going. I’ve cried and laughed and cherish it all!
I lost my mother just before opening and pushed forward while navigating postpartum. Through it all, I held onto the belief that Brownsville needed a place that embodied health, nutrition, and lasting change.
With my background in nursing and fitness, I knew I wanted to create a safe, motivating space for our community. And because of YOU, this vision became reality. Thank you for being part of our journey. 💪🏼✨
