🌟 Reflecting on 2025 fills my cup with so much joy! 💖 I’m blessed to have this lovely tribe of yogis who’ve rolled out their mats to flow with me this year 🙏🏻. Because of YOU, I’m inspired to keep showing up and growing 🌿. Looking back at our pictures brought me so much joy, I hope you’ve enjoyed our year together as much as I have 🫶🏼💕.

Thank you all for allowing me to be part of your journey - it’s a privilege and honor to witness your growth 💫.

Hey Yogis! ✨ We’re shaking things up this holiday season! Instead of our traditional toy drive, we’re switching gears to spread joy to our senior community! 🎅🏻🎄Join us for yoga this month and be a part of our Senior Santa drive! In lieu of a class fee, bring a gift for the amazing residents at Bella Villa Assisted Living 🎁 Think cozy slippers, soft robes, coffee mugs, brushes, body spray, socks... or anything that’ll bring a smile to their faces! We’ll deliver the gifts on Dec 23rd at 6pm and celebrate with treats and Lotería!
If Can’t find the time to shop for the gift or make it to yoga but still want to contribute? Cash donations gratefully accepted and will be used to fuel our posada festivities with yummy treats! Every bit helps make the holiday season special for our senior friends! If you’re feeling extra festive, please join us for the posada and let’s spread holiday cheer together! ✨

Blissful morning practicing yoga under the sun ☀️ ... what a joy! I had the pleasure of teaching at the Brownsville Farmers Market again yesterday and it was a delight✨. There’s something special about connecting with nature while feeling the energy of the earth beneath our feet. Seeing the acorns scattered on the ground brought a touch of autumn magic to our warm South Texas morning and sparked a feeling of joy and gratitude in my heart 💕🍂 💫

As a Yogini on Wheels 🧘🏻‍♀️🚘 I feel so fortunate to
be able to share the gift of yoga with my community in different settings - from my backyard to local hotspots like gyms, coffee shops and the Farmers Market ⭐️. Practicing yoga outside is like a breath of fresh air - it lifts the spirit and nourishes the soul 💫
Grateful for the opportunity to share this practice with all of you, thank you for the beautiful vibes 💕
