the beauty and seamless way of movement throughout the movie was mesmerizing! it’s no wonder the cast trained regularly in Pilates 🤩

and yes, we are PRO combining strength training and Pilates at STUDIO C 🤎 we agree the body responds very well to this combination so we always add some strength training in our flows. cheers to feeling strong in and outside the studio ✨

Pilates promotes flexibility and joint mobility. The exercises will lengthen the body, hence the ‘stretching’ aspect of Pilates but ‘flexibility’ is not a requirement! get that silly notion out of your 🧠 and try it!! 🤭🤭
