MEDICAL ASSISTANT NEEDED (BROWNSVILLE)

We are looking for someone who is willing to transition between front and back office. Experience a plus, but able to train the right person. Must be dependable, able to multi-task, work well with others, and have a positive attitude Job duties include patient check-in, appointment confirmations, benefit verification, prior authorizations, EMR chart documentation, medication refills, assisting with in-office surgeries, instrument sterilization, referral scheduling. Certificate of graduation from a accredited program for Medical Assistants required. Experience with Medisoft/office hours and or EMR is a plus.
