Back To Action is dedicated to the profession of physical therapy. The owner, Brett Tice received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010 and is very active in the American Physical Therapy Association. Brett is president of the Coastal Bend District of the TPTA and has served several times as a Delegate to the National Convention representing all the therapists of Texas. Message From the President

Brownsville Back to Action and Back To Action Harlingen were proud sponsors of City Cruisers Cycling Group Autism Awareness 5k this past weekend. Employees from both clinics participated and 4 won medals for placing in their age groups! Great job!

We are a little late sharing our BIG news with you:

Back to Action Brownsville location took home the trophy for the first time, winning 2026 Clinic of the Year! This award is a team effort and each of our employees and patients helped us achieve it!
This award is based on a combination of patient and employee satisfaction as well as success of the clinic.
First, we would like thank our amazing patients for their kind words and reviews they have given us. We truly love what we do and when our patients feel welcome and achieve results it leaves us feeling fulfilled in our work here.

Second, we would like to thank our amazing team from our Physical Therapist and Clinic Director, Kristi, to the amazing support staff, Cindy, Flor, Isa, Alan, Diana, Juan, and Hannah who show up with a smile ready work together to help our patients. They truly make this a wonderful work environment.

Lastly, we would like to thank our Administration for recognizing us and our referral sources for entrusting us with the care of their patients.

Yesterday was National Popcorn Lovers Day so Back to Action celebrated by dropping off some gourmet popcorn to some local providers! We appreciate all you do for our patients!!

On Friday evening Back To Action Brownsville staff participated in the “I Love You to the Moon and Back” 5k/1mile! Congratulations to Diana for placing 3rd in her age group!
