Our areas of care encompass a broad spectrum, ranging from general physicals to management of acute illnesses, extending to the care of chronic disease states, such as hypertension, diabetes and cholesterol problems. Here at Faith Medical Clinic, our goal is to provide quality primary health care to our patients. At the patient's request. we may address the spiritual health of patients and encourage prayer and spiritual counseling.
