Beauty & Grace by GC We provide a variety of aesthetic services to help you achieve your beauty goals. Valley Angels Home Health, LLC. Coria St., Suite B, Brownsville, Texas. Mrs.

is located at 315 Jose Marti Blvd, Suite A., Brownsville, Texas 78526. We provide services to homebound adults in the comfort of their own home with the needs ranging from assistance with activities of daily living to highly specialized therapies. We have registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, home care aide, medical social worker, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to meet all of the patients' needs. For questions or referrals feel free to call us at (956) 541-4400 or fax to (956) 541-4924. Valley Angels Home Health maintains business hours Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A Registered Nurse is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to handle any requests for services, questions or concerns. Graciela (Gracie) Ybarra Chong is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and licensed as an advanced practice registered nurse by the State of Texas. Gracie is a Brownsville native that began her nursing career in her hometown over 20 years ago working in woman’s care, hospice and home health, with 13 of those years being in home health and hospice administration. Although Gracie has cared for different populations during her 20+ year career, her true passion continues to be working with the adult and geriatric community. Gracie is a graduate of the University of Texas at Brownsville where she obtained her Associate and Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degrees and Texas A&M Corpus Christi where she obtained her Master’s of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degrees. She is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Texas Nurse Practitioners Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Gracie has received training from the National Laser Institute in Dallas, Texas in Botox and advanced dermal filler injections. Gracie provides aesthetic services and direct patient care at Dr. Francis Gumbel's office located at 26 S. Chong is also available for aesthetic concierge services.
