It’s with a heavy heart that I am announcing the closure of Rt 40 Yoga. My last class will be September 30th. While I would love to continue my practice with you, I am no longer physically able to practice as I once did and my family is in a place where I am needed to be more present at home. Thank you for the support over the last 3+ years and thank you to our hosts Dr Matthew Stay and his wife Amy for allowing us to utilize their space. Please DM us if there are any punch cards that aren’t expired and need refunded amounts for unused classes.

Announcements were made in class but in case it was missed no class this evening due to a doctors appointment

We will have yoga class 9/16. Open house was canceled due to covid it is now virtual.

Yoga is cancelled the week of September 7 due to a death in the family

Saturday classes are canceled going forward. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Classes are still offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm.
Class 8/24 is canceled due to a doctors appointment

Starting in July:
NO TUESDAY MORNING YOGA CLASSES

Classes will be held
Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:30pm
Saturday mornings 10 am

Any students affected by the morning class shift may have their passes frozen if they wish!

Thursday 5/27 NO CLASS
Tuesday 6/1 NO CLASS
Thursday 6/3 NO CLASS
Classes will resume 6/8 9:30 am and 6:30 pm
